Jörg H. Wirth
Jörg is a long-time interim manager and certified program and project manager. He looks back on more than 10 years as an entrepreneurially active consultant.
Prior to that, Jörg worked for Siemens for 25 years in various management and leadership positions in Germany and abroad (expatriate and projects in Southeast Asia, South Africa, USA, Latin America).
As a holistic manager and expert, he applies his project and leadership experience in program and change management, executive management, service and sales management, restructuring, company formation, carve-outs and corporate compliance (KonTraG, Sarbanes Oaxley) for your success.
Robert Lutsch
Robert is a certified project manager and consultant (PRINCE2 and ITIL).
He has many years of project and corporate experience (including at T-Systems, Linde Gas, SWM, MAN, Vodafone D2 GmbH, Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, Finanzinformatik Technologie Service GmbH).
He speaks fluent English and Brazilian Portuguese.

Evelin Larch
Evelin is an experienced Manager and Project manager. For many years she worked in different industries in international companies, including 9 years abroad in France, the UK and Switzerland.
With a broad industry background (telecommunications, technical consumer goods, mechanical engineering, etc.). and many years of working in corporate environments and SMEs, the focus today is on strategic and operational support and management of small business units and start-ups, especially on the topics of structural change, digitization and realignment.
Ernst Bauer
Ernst is a long-standing enterprise, business, integration and security architect with excellent knowledge and extensive experience in translating functional, legal and regulatory requirements into functional, organisational and technical needs and requirements.
In doing so, he mobilises his systematic-analytical mode of operation, empowered by a high degree of creativity, and applies his certified competences in enterprise architecture, information security, risk management, data protection as well as project management to the success of his national and international clients. His extensive methodological know-how is complemented by wide-ranging technical knowledge and skills as well as comprehensive soft skills.
Ernst is fluent in English and French.
Dr. Alexandra Musto
Alexandra specialises in the development of regulated software products in the healthcare sector (medical devices, validated software in GxP environments). She has extensive experience and knowledge related to technical documentation according to MDR and risk management according to EN ISO 14971. Alexandra has managed medical devices class I and IIa (Cloud, on premise, Desktop, mobile App), is experienced in greenfield development of medical devices and how to bring them to certification, and also in the DiGA listing process with BfArM.
With a doctorate in computer science, she is particularly successful in bringing agile SW development teams to their best performance when acting as product owner. She has introduced scrum in a regulated environment in two companies and has introduced test driven development (TDD) and behaviour driven development (BDD) in several teams.
As Director / VP Product Management at Noventi Healthcare and ifap, she has led and developed teams consisting of product managers and POs and is available for interims management positions in this area.
Alexandra is fluent in German and English.
